In order to be considered you will not only have experience working with such environments you will also have the following: * MCITP/CCNA or similar professional qualification, or experience requiring specialist knowledge * ITIL foundation or experience of working in a service oriented ICT environment * Experience of configuring network equipment & network services (e.g. Cisco switches, patching etc) * Experience of supporting a heterogeneous Windows/Mac/Linux client base served by a mixed VMWare/Windows/Unix server environment * Experience of the installation, configuration and troubleshooting of computers hosted on MS Windows XP/7 and Mac OSX.
