This is an apprenticeship, the employer has assured us that this is a government funded apprenticeship. You will deal with filing, prepare mail, arrange photocopying, prepare the conference room for meetings as necessary, to provide support to colleagues as required, attend client both in person and on the telephone and to provide such support in a professional and friendly manner in keeping with the firm's standards for clients care, the undertake specific training in relation to the apprentice role and attend to all course work requirements as need. You must have excellent communication skills as well as a firm understanding of computer skills based on Microsoft Office.
