This is an apprenticeship, the employer has assured us that this is a government funded apprenticeship. You will be working towards a Business Administration qualification. You will be opening and recording and distributing of income and out going post. You will be scanning documents and attaching to their in house systems Curtains. There will be general filing and photocopying and be responsible for general archiving of documents, inputting of customer details onto the systems, answering incoming calls, dealing with enquiries and transferring to the correct person, dealing with electronic withdrawal and assisting the office manager and the finance team.
