This is an apprenticeship, the employer has assured us that this is a government funded apprenticeship. Will be working towards NVQ 2 qualification in Customer Service. You will undertake general administration duties including: answering telephones, taking messages, filing, faxing and photocopying, mail duties, updating the database, updating and greeting visiting clients and other duties as requested by your manager.You must have excellent communication skills. You should be well presented as at times you may be the first point of contact for the company and should be careful to portray a professional image at all times. You should have an excellent telephone manner and you should have a friendly and approachable manner and a genuine willingness to learn.
