Responsibilities will include: * Assist customers with queries / orders and act as a basic point of contact for their day-to-day issues * Order and dispatch samples follow up and maintain a higher level of customer service * Attend daily meetings to raise and discuss any current customer service issues * Book in or help organise deliveries for customers where appropriate * Completion of various admin forms upon instruction from Account Manager * Store audits * Distribute artwork / check and sign off * Fill in New Line Forms for Customer s * Complete New Product Requirement Forms * Help Finance and Logistics with invoicing / credit queries Who we're looking for: We are looking for someone with previous experience of working in an office based administrative role, along with a proven ability to provide excellent customer service over the phone...View full job description
