Holt Executive are actively assisting a leading FTSE 250 technology business who specialise in offering Satellite Communication solutions globally. My Client sits within the Satellite and Telecommunication sector bracket and is globally known for being a market leader across its product portfolio. Our client is looking for a Account Manager / Channel Sales Manager - Enterprise to take responsibility for maintaining a successful commercial relationship between our client and its key distribution partners/clients in the Enterprise space. The a Account Manager / Channel Sales Manager - Enterprise will use his/her experience in account development and management coupled with their extensive knowledge of the telecommunications/satellite industry to drive revenue through a few key partners as well as generating business directly with several key end users. The Account Manager / Channel Sales Manager - Enterprise will work with key channel partners to increase uptake of Inmarsat products and services and to drive revenue. Provide full support, reply to their inquiries timely, maintain contract prices current, conduct product demos, training, and develop marketing and sales plans.The Account Manager / Channel Sales Manager - Enterprise will Work closely with internal stakeholders and assigned partners to ensure growth of market share from competitors. The Account Manager / Channel Sales Manager - Enterprise will develop and maintain an effective account plan which addresses the strategic approach to growing revenue with each assigned channel partner. This will include promotion, publicity, ensuring enablement of the Partner to reach more end users with our clients servicesEssential Knowledge and Skills- Account Manager / Channel Sales Manager - Enterprise:Minimum 5 years' experience in telecommunications sales and/or satellite solutions sales to large enterprise customersAble to Travel up to 50% of the timeExperience managing indirect customers and developing and implementing sales plans to maintain and grow revenueProven ability to deliver target revenues over long lead times through growing/incentivising an indirect channel to marketExperience managing customers with revenue streams in excess of $5m Demonstrable understanding of the satellite communications industry; knowledge of the opportunities, trends and our clients competitive landscapeAbility to act responsively, urgently and with the desire to maintain Inmarsat's global reputationObvious leadership qualities - ability to influence, negotiate and direct the activity and investment of key partners for Inmarsat's benefitGravitas and credibility in the industrySufficient technical knowledge to conduct high-level technical discussionsExcellent communicator and presenter with experience in engaging at Customer levelResults-orientated mentality, commission hungryAble to self-manageDesirable knowledge and skills- ABU Operations Manager:BSc/BEng in a relevant technical degree (satellite communications / telecommunications /IP Networks/) or relevant working technical experienceExperience on monitoring tools (HP NNM, Netcool, Solarwinds)Knowledge of ticketing systemsVSAT experienceGx ExposureExperience with SATCOM systems/servicesFluency in one or more foreign languagesExperience with mobile network and user terminals View full job description
