Come and join us in our new offices and help shape our business as we enter this exciting phase and celebrate our 20th year.Key Details: - Develop strong working relationships with a view to generate new sales opportunities within the SME sector - Support brokers in resolving issues and keep them updated with any products, services, system or supplier changes that may impact them - Manage broker contract quality and training requirements ensuring quote/query to sales ratio is in line with business standards - Improve on drop out and sales losses through management of supplier rejection/returns and OD processing failures - Ensure all brokers have appropriate knowledge and understanding of our bespoke system and are competent to carry out expected query and contract management - Identify sales trends, competition, agent product and service requirements and feedback intelligence to the business - Support Area Manager and wider teams as business requiresKey Requirements: - Previous experience in Sales, Customer Services or Account Management is essential - Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and good working knowledge of Microsoft packages specifically Excel - Demonstrate the desire to succeed and how you have met and exceeded targets previously - A relationship builder who can forge and develop successful business relationships, acting with integrity at all times - Highly organised with excellent attention to detail - Previous experience in the Utilities Industry a distinct advantageKey Benefits: - Competitive package with career development and on-going training - 25 days holiday + bank holidays / Company Pension / Company Car Scheme /Cycle to Work Scheme / Employee Rewards & Incentive Days / Free ParkingPlease apply including a copy of your CV and a covering letter stating why you are interested in the position, why you feel you have the necessary skills to succeed and your current salary details.Successful applicants will be contacted within 2 weeks of receipt of application.No Agencies please.
