Account Managers will be tasked with ensuring that market share, revenue and margin are maximized across the portfolio MEASURES OF SUCCESS • Maximising market share, revenue and margins across the portfolio Relationships • Client contacts to Board Level • CBS Management Team • Marketing, Pricing & Research Development • Production • Finance • Billing and Customer Service Support Operational Excellence • Deliver minimum 15% revenue growth year on year (or as the company sets) • Close three orders per week • Achieve targets set against monthly, quarterly, annual indices and activity levels • Use CBSO production at all times • Ensure clients are creditworthy and apply appropriate payment methods • Understand and adhere to the company rate policy and discount structure set Insights • Sales Best Practice in sell through and sell-to environments • Experience of delivering media solutions • Track record of success in Account Management roles.
