Due to the nature of the assignment, the successful candidate must feel confident handling their own workload and also in their ability to successfully carry out all duties as listed below:- Dealing with phone/email enquiries - more message taking as the enquires will be technical - Processing expenses - Raising and processing Invoices- Processing orders onto opera - Providing support to the general manager & the sales rep - General Data Entry This is a great role for someone who is looking for a temporary assignment to get stuck into. You will be working in a small office with specific systems so this is ideal for a candidate who is personable, with experience in Opera, and Excel.
