gap personnel (operating as an employment business) are currently recruiting for our client based in the Flint area. They're looking for an Accounts Administrator to join their team immediately on a temporary basis for five – six months to cover sickness cover. Pay & Hours of Work- Mon – Fri (9am – 5pm / 37.5 hours per week – potentially flexible with working hours)- Up to £9.50 per hour Responsibilities- Process office paperwork including chasing / following up paperwork, updating spreadsheets and checking for completeness- Update monthly spreadsheets with invoicing and sales data- Methodically work through day to day and month end sales processes- Process sales and supplier invoices prior to payment- Dealing with phone calls from suppliers and customers and ensure any issues are resolved / managed effectively Essential Skills- PC literate including competence in Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel- Able to schedule multiple tasks effectively- Excellent communication skill with a polite telephone manner- A professional individual who conducts themselves with integrity and honesty always- Basic Finance / Accounts experiencegap personnel group are committed to the selection, recruitment and development of the best people, basing judgements solely on the suitability for the job.Closing Date: Friday 18th May 2018 View full job description
