Reporting to the Finance Manager, duties will include: Process purchase invoices (includes agreeing to invoices to good received) Maintain purchase ledger statement reconciliations Produce weekly and monthly payment run Petty cash transactions Processing of monthly credit card statement Ensure all filing is complete in a timely and accurate manner Post daily bank transactions and complete daily bank reconciliation Sales order reconciliations Skills and experience Previous experience within an accounts office, preferably with strong purchase ledger Ability to use Microsoft products and be a competent excel user Sage 200 - an advantage Good organisational and administrative skills Accuracy In return the company offers a friendly working environment with the opportunity to take on further responsibility...View full job description
