Job SummaryTo assist in all month end procedures including P&L preparation, forecasting, managing & posting of accruals & prepayments.Month end and year end reporting and reconciliations will also be a vital role for the successful candidate.     Job ResponsibilitiesSecondary approving invoices for paymentDealing with petty cash claims, cheque requisitions and expenses.Control and maintain a number of station accruals and prepaymentsP&L variance analysis with commentaryCollate weekly reports from the various stations in preparation for forecastingData entry of KPI’s into Business/Management PackAssist with monthly forecasting and budgetary processAssistance to auditors when requiredAssist with year-end reconciliationsLiaison with billing team over rebates and prepare for accrual inputAssist in all aspects of investigation and trend analysis when requiredAd-hoc reporting requirementsQualifications and CompetenciesMinimum of 4 GCSE’s grade A – C including English and Maths (or equivalent)Computer literate, with an extensive knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint.
