My client is a specialist growing software company based in London who are actively looking to recruit for a permanent Accounts person This is an excellent opportunity for a confident Accounts person who has strong SAGE 50 & some basic CRM experience. Job Duties: Duties include:Using Sage 50 to issue customer invoices, Purchase Ledger; processing supplier invoices, resolving invoice disputes, purchase order management, supplier payments, VAT returns, Month end duties including, bank account reconciliation, sales & stock reconciliation.Updating and maintaining the company cash flow, raising sales ledger invoices and sales reporing; providing ad hoc reports for the Directors, management of the end to end cusomer order process; processing of invoices including commission invoices.Remuneration: The ideal candidate needs to be proactive and have strong accounting/bookkeeping experience, ideally you will need to be AAT qualified or Part Qualified either (ACCA/CIMA/or equivlant). There is great scope to grow within this role and the company is going through some exciting expansion during the next 12 months.
