Networkers are currently recruiting for temporary Oracle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Clerks for a large public sector client.
Calculate overpayments and underpayments using an Access database and Excel. .Reconcile overpayment and underpayment values to transactions held in Oracle Financial Ledgers. .Raise requests for manual transactions to be raised in Oracle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable ledgers. .Prepare overpayment letters and invoices, send to customers and record on Invoice Log. .Update Invoice Log with customer responses, action taken and mark forward dates for further action. .Prepare pay agreement documentation, send to customer for signing and record on Pay Agreement Log when returned.
