They provide an array of services within the market that many competitors cannot match. Due to continued growth they now wish to recruit and appoint an Acquisition Manager with immediate effect.The Role:The successful candidate will specialise in UK, N.I & ROI acquisitions, assist in the Group’s investment strategy, underwriting asset management activities and deal monitoring. Primary areas of responsibility will include financial modelling, deal appraisal, maintenance and review of ‘assets under management schedule’, research and market review for investments, internal reporting and presentations.Principal Responsibilities:-Supporting in any acquisition or disposal activities with specific responsibility to prepare and maintain valuations, financial and cash flow models which support the investment process and set out clear analysis of key investment drivers; -Supporting in any due diligence processes associated with acquisition and disposal activities and the co-ordination of associated information gathering across the business; -Strategy development/research for new initiatives/opportunities; -Preparing Investment memos and other materials for internal and external communication; -General support of senior team members in decision-making and execution of various investment strategies; -Reporting and communications with internal stakeholders; -Assisting in the analysis and dissemination of internal and external research knowledge; -Forecasting for existing assets under management; -Maintaining the ‘Interest Register, a schedule of all live deals containing the pertinent information and projections on each deal; -Monitoring ongoing deals;The successfully appointed candidates will get direct exposure to the board of directors and will fulfil a key role in the acquisition of new deals and asset management of existing deals.The Person:You most likely will come from a property or financing background and have either an education in and/or experience of Commercial Estate Investment and Analysis; You will possess strong quantitative skills and have excellent business acumen; You will need excellent interpersonal and networking skills; You will be fully flexible and adaptable as regards work patterns as travel may be a requirement of the role; You will be fully fluent in the English language;What’s in it for you:A career with a well-recognised, respected and successful firm; A competitive negotiable salary; Good working conditions in a team environment;Interested in this role?To express your interest in this role please forward your C.V. and cover letter/note to us in “Word format only” highlighting your suitability for the role and how you feel you meet the essential criteria.
