To provide Administrative duties.Undertake a range of operational support activities in accordance with Mitie systems, processes and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and adherence to agreed schedules.Provide accurate and relevant statistics,data and information both scheduled and ad hoc, in support of management decision making.Respond to queries , both verbal and written, from a range of contacts assessing their urgency and importance,referring matters to relevant areas to ensure the most appropriate and timely response.Maintain related files / records ensuring these are accurate, up to date and comply with information protocols.Log Sickness and keep recordsLog Annual Leave and keep recordsMaintain personal files and keep up to dateFile & Scan DocumentsProduce Type Staff noticesMinute Taking for senior meetingType and distribute Minutes from meetingsOrder stock and keep logs,sort and search online for items that require ordering before requesting via procurmentAssist with computer and telephone issuesMaintain Photocopier stock with ink when requiredStock control for Cleaning Materials and Stationary ordering via procurement when required View full job description
