Our employee count currently exceeds 400, based across various offices throughout the country.  Metamorph Law Ltd has acquired several law firms and we would encourage applicants to visit our website for more information. SummaryAdmin Assistant required to provide support to the Private Client Division based at our Chester office – Regus House, Chester Business Park, Herons Way, Chester, CH4 9QR.   There will be an opportunity for career progression, dependent upon performance and commitment of the individual.                The Role:-·         Taking calls from clients and taking accurate messages and relaying to relevant person in the department·         Dealing with incoming post, scanning to Lawsoft system and distributing ·         Preparing outgoing post ·         Filing·         Opening new cases on Lawsoft and making up ‘paperless’ files on Lawsoft·         Assisting with the Department’s archiving and destruction and removal of files / Live storage needs·         Bulk photocopying/scanning·         Ordering/maintaining stationery supplies across the department·         Assist and cooperate with other members of staff·         Undertake other ad hoc duties as directed Key Skills:-·         Flexibility ·         A willingness to carry out routine tasks·         Self-motivation - ability to complete tasks to deadlines·         Attention to detail·         Well organised·         Team player·         IT proficient Additional Information:-·         Hours of work:      37.5 hours per week – core hours 9.00 to 5.30·         Death in Service – 2 x salary·         Private Medical Insurance cover (subject to eligibility)·         22 days holiday per annumFor further information please email AAC001 View full job description
