 4 - 7 hours per day (Mon/Tues/Wed/Thurs/Fri)  Pay: Depending on experience/ To be discussed at interview.  We require an administration assistant to work in our Durham office. The duties will include: Audio typing – Site Inspection ReportsPost – Incoming and outgoing Filing – Keeping up to date & Archiving We have up to date systems with a developing database.  You will be required to work alongside our admin team. You will be expected to prioritise your work and manage your time accordingly, as well as assist in helping the other offices with administration duties during busy times.  We are keen to recruit an individual with a good knowledge of Microsoft applications, good organisational skills and should preferably have office experience, experience in the construction industry would be desirable.
