We are the UK No 1 distributor of Pay as You Go Sim Cards in the B2B market. Due to continued growth we are looking for individuals to join our existing administration team.  Hours of work are 9am – 5:30pm Monday to Friday with a 30 minute lunch break.As an administrator your role will include but will not be limited to·         working with external reps on a ticket system·         monitor the quality and performance of the reps on the road·         taking inbound calls and directing them to the correct department·         making outbound calls as and when required·         You are required to report any issues to management You will be allocated a team of reps and will monitor the quality of their work. All correspondence and communication will be by ticket system or over the phone.  You will be checking that each of your team visits the stores in their route for that day and that they have followed company procedure in each store they have visited.What we require from you:Excellent communication and listening skillsA polite, confident and friendly manner Confidence using computersGood knowledge about all the company's products and servicesTo be well-organised and thorough, even under pressureAttention to detail to ensure correct data input View full job description
