We are currently looking for a Ward Administrator to join our team at Nuffield Health Haywards Heath Hospital. This is a permanent part time contract of 15 hours per week.You will be a smart, friendly and enthusiastic member of the team providing vital administrative support and acting in a frontline role. Duties include acting as a point of contact for all visitors to the Ward and handling and managing in-coming calls. Your IT and organisational skills will be supported by an excellent telephone manner. You will interact with Consultants, patients, and colleagues, being sensitive to our customers' needs and providing excellent customer service. Administration and keyboard skills are required and previous experience of working in customer service environment is preferred but not essential.
