Now we're looking to recruit an ambitious administration assistant to join our Sheffield team. If you can bring the skills and experience we need, you'll have a fantastic opportunity to build your legal career with a business that puts people at the heart of its strategy.Supporting both the wills and trusts teams, you'll join a team of administrators based in our Sheffield office. You'll work closely with the teams, supporting them with general administrative tasks related to cases coming in from clients. You'll play a crucial role as the first point of call in the case handling process. It's a big job, and an even greater opportunity to really learn and develop your legal expertise.What you'll do:manage emails and letters for both the wills and trusts teamcreate new case files on the case management systemcarry out general administrative duties including; archiving, filing, and inputting client datachase responses from clients/third parties when requiredTo be successful in this role, you'll need excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. You'll be confident working at pace and building relationships with all kind of different people.
