The UK's largest independent multi-metals stockholder is seeking a competent Administrator to join their busy team.Working within the Admin function which is the hub of the business and involves direct communication with internal departments and external visitors.Train, organise and motivate a competent accounts and administration team capable of providing an efficient service.Monitor systems to ensure all staff are aware of and adhere to expected standards.Meeting and greeting visitors, making them feel welcome and signing them in.Providing Admin support to the Accounts. Sales & Logistics teams in a helpful and communicative way.Receiving and processing of stock going to external clients adhering to company process and policy.Responsible for balancing the Petty Cash by recording purchases and accounting for with receipts.Transferring end of month figures from a report to an Excel spread sheet using accuracy and attention to detail. Investigating and accounting for any batch shortfalls or excesses.Accurately process stock adjustments and scrutinise stock movement reports to ensure that batch details and GP reporting is correct.Receiving and distribution of incoming and outgoing post.General adhoc administration duties as required such as filing, scanning and printing documents.Accountable for adhering to stringent company audit procedures.Must be highly organised with the ability to maintain effective systems, be accountable for own work load and be able to work to deadlines.Mon - Friday 09:00 - 17:00
