Our client who is based in Southampton has an excitingopportunity which has arisen for an Administrator to join their team. You will be responsible for maintaining a database and control sheets, billing, and additional administrative tasks associated with running the private client portfolio. Data input towards the preparation of tax returns and may involve the production of standardised letters to clients. The ideal candidate will hold the following skills and experience;Experience in an administrative roleExcellent communication and organisational skillsAbility to work well in a pressurised environment with the ability to prioritise workGood computer literacy and keyboard skills to become proficient in use of CCH, Digita, Excel and WordMust be able to plan workload in order to prioritise work to meet deadlines and be highly organisedMust have a high attention to detail type with accuracy.
