Consider including the day to day activities that are involved, key responsibilities and how their role fits within the organisation) In this very varied role, the successful applicant will provide administrative support to a small friendly office of 5. Main duties include, updating and maintaining our Property Management data base including adding new landlords and applicant tenants, applying for references. Reconciling and paying invoices, maintaining the gas safe certificate data base ensuring yearly checks are maintained, liaising with contractors in this regard. Carry out periodic property inspections in our managed properties. Dealing with telephone and face to face customer enquiries.Admin support includes drafting tenancy agreements and property details and inventories to be checked by manager. Update our company website with new properties also update properties on various other portals including Zoopla and Gumtree. Maintaining office stationary and ad hoc admin duties when required.Hours 38-40 hours per week over 5 days including 3 Saturdays per month with 2 days off to include Sunday.Weekly Wage*(Must meet NAS minimum - Apprenticeship National Minimum Wage (ANMW): The National Minimum Wage for Apprentices is £3.30 per hour (From October 1st 2016 this will be increasing by 3% to £3.40 per hour). This is the legal minimum pay per hour applying to 16-18 year old apprentices and those aged 19 and over in the first year of their apprenticeship.
