The successful candidate will:- Handle all incoming enquiries for any customer, inclusive of telephone, letter, email and in person- Ensuring that you provide accurate and consistent responses and meet deadlines- Communicate with internal and external customers- Record all customer contact and update relevant dataThis particular position is a 3 month temporary assignment, there is a slight possibility that you could be taken on permanently but no guarantee.
