An established international client is now urgently looking for an application support engineer to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a well established company that has sites in Manchester and Ireland. Salary - 40k Location - Greater Manchester Your daily duties will include: o Progress support calls within SLA. Liaise with customer's 2nd line Support by phone and email, keeping them informed of progress. Maintain accurate records. Maintain ownership of calls. Analyse, reproduce and resolve faults, and implement solutions, liaising with 4th line Support where required.
