Aim:To work as a member of a team whose aim it is to serve guests, in all ways, to the highest possible standard at all time. Responsibilities:1. To abide by the house rules at all times.2. To know, use and adhere to all standard recipes as per Cote specifications.3. To ensure that presentation and quality of all food is prepared and served in accordance with Cote recipes and specifications. 4. To make, prepare and serve the guests orders promptly and per Cote specifications5. To wear and maintain the correct uniform at all times.6. To always deal with passing guests in a polite, pleasant and professional manner.7. To be punctual at all times.8. To keep the grill section and surrounding areas clean and tidy at all times.9. To carry out the mise-en-place of the grill section before each shift according to Cote specifications.10. To adhere to all standards of safety, hygiene and cleanliness as laid down by the law and company policy/procedure.11. To fully familiarise yourself and adhere to the recommended guidelines and procedures detailed in the Food Alert Food Safety Manual. 12. To demonstrate professional conduct when representing the company both on and off the premises.13. To attend any training sessions as judged necessary by the Head Chef.14. To attend departmental and general staff meeting as and when requested/required.15. To behave with other team members in a polite, honest and friendly way.16. To report to the senior chef any complaints, incidents, accidents or any other irregularities.17. To ensure that all kitchen staff under your supervision are trained to the minimum required standard following all Cote training policies and procedures.18. To thoroughly familiarise yourself with all current menus, and forth coming promotions, menu changes, specials etc.19.
