Owen Payne Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for an Apprentice Office Administrator to join our busy Head Office in Wolverhampton.At Owen Payne we provide temporary, contract and permanent staffing solutions for companies and candidates throughout Wolverhampton, West Bromwich and surrounding areas of the Black Country and Staffordshire. As an independent recruitment agency, established in 1999 we have recently expanded our operation with a new office in West Bromwich to complement our head office operation in Wolverhampton.We operate 4 specialist divisions working in the Industrial, Commercial, Technical & Transport market sectors working with businesses of all sizes from new start-ups and SMEs' through to large volume users.With training available the main duties will be;Administration such as filing, copying, scanning documents and registration forms.Answering the telephone and conducting initial pre-screening of candidate's suitability.Meeting and greeting candidates and clients and ensuring that everyone feels welcome.Entering data onto the front office/back office system.Assisting the payroll department with time sheets etc.Arranging meeting rooms and ensuring refreshments are provided.Stock checks and ordering additional items.Advertising vacancies on multiple job boards and social media platforms.The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience;Excellent IT skills.Friendly, fun and vibrant personality.Good, clear communication skills and telephone manner.Able to prioritise workload and work on own initiative.Hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am until 5pm with ½ hour lunch (37 ½ hours per week) and the pay rate will be £170 per week while completing NVQ qualifications in Business Administration.We are looking for someone that is ambitious, hardworking and looking to take their first step into a career that they can excel and progress.
