During the course of the apprenticeship, the successful candidate will learn how to provide administrative support to productions, both in the office and out on location. There will also be the opportunity to assist the development team with brainstorms, research and casting. This apprenticeship would suit a proactive, conscientious, outgoing individual with great communication skills and a passion for television.Full job description (including responsibilities)Keeping the office tidy – desks clear – printer paper trays full etcBooking meeting roomsBooking travel and accommodationHelping with programme clear up paperworkLogging rushesHelping with the administration of financial paperwork such as raising purchase orders, reconciling petty cash and credit cards and chasing/querying invoices with suppliersBooking cars and bikes and keeping a record of when and who these have been booked for.Being the first point of contact for any kit requests.Keeping the kit tidy and organised and checking it out and on return from shoots.General support to the production management teams, including creating call sheets and production checklists for any shootsTracking general costs across development and communicating these to production management.Contributing to development brainstorms and assisting on location when required.9 am to 6 pm, Mon-Fri.TrainingBusiness Administration Advance Standard.As part of your WhiteHat Apprenticeship, you will have access to our Future Leaders Foundation modules to develop 6 key competencies, underpinned by well-being, self-awareness, motivation, conscientiousness, effectiveness, grit.Future prospectsA full-time opportunity may be available if the candidate excels in the role.After your Business Administration apprenticeship progress into HR, Recruitment, Sales, Marketing & PR, Real Estate, Personal Assistant, Office Management, Business Management.
