You will have a genuine interest in joining the estate agency sector and will understand that it is a fast paced environment where time management is of paramount importance. Excellent communication with Buyers and Sellers is key; this involves telephone and email communication. You will need an eye to detail in the preparation of property details which are to be displayed within the company office and websites First impressions are paramount as you will meet and greet new and existing clients, Sellers and Buyers. You will gain training to successfully market, advertise and sell properties in the local area. This will include visiting properties along with negotiators and meeting the sellers to gather property details to enable you to advertise properties onto the market, meeting with buyers along with negotiators to visit potential properties. You will be involved in general office duties include filling and faxing documentation for sellers and buyers, dealing with post and completing administration tasks for staff members. You will also be involved in preparing tenancy agreements and inventories, making sure all aspects of the lettings meet legal requirements and arranging for maintenance to be carried out on properties. You will be part of a team and be working as a team. You will also be dealing with customers face to face and taking telephone enquiries and registering potential client’s details on the database of interest in particular properties or advertising a particular property. You will also be logging customer details on the computer which includes keeping the database up to date with new properties, updating clients details You will arrange viewings for clients and also arrange valuations for clients on properties and canvassing. Qualifications Required: Maths and English GCSE C or above (equivalent) desirable.Personal Qualities: • Positive attitude • Persistent and persuasive • Keen to succeed • Confident • Ambitious • MotivatedWorking Week: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pmExpected Duration: 13 MonthsTraining to be provided: Full Sale of Residential Property Apprenticeship incorporating NVQ where evidence will be gathered to build a portfolio showing your competency within the role. Functional Skills to include Maths, English & ICT where portfolio work will be completed along with a tested part for both (where applicable) and you will a Technical Certificate to underpin your knowledge of working in the sector; this also comes with a tested part.
