Area Manager, Bristol & surroundingbespoke Cleaning Services Ltd - Bristol BS35 We are looking for an experienced Area Manager for Bristol and surrounding areas.£Competitive salary, company vehicle, laptop, phone, ipad etc. provided.Apply by email with CV and covering letter recruitment@bespokecleaning.co.ukPERSON PROFILE:Skills Required:Excellent communicator - both oral and writtenManagerial skills - Good leader, organiser and listenerMotivator – of people with different backgrounds and skillsTrainer - able to pass skills and knowledge on to othersAdministration - to produce all documentation as instructed and on timeCustomer Care - ensure the client’s needs are met as per the bespoke cleaning proposal.Experience - cleaning courses attended or experience gained in a similar environment or job roleBudgets - be able to maintain budgets on contract as instructed via bespokePersonality Requirements:High standards of personal hygiene and appearanceArticulateSelf disciplinedGood communicatorFlexibleApproachableLoyalHonestAbility to work under pressureSelf confident.JOB DESCRIPTION:Purpose of the Job:To manage all aspects of the day to day running of the operational business under your controlTo recruit and develop on-site Managers and cleaning operatives under your controlTo assist the Regional Manager and Operations Director in the retention and profitability of the bespoke businessRelationships:On a daily basis you will report to the Regional Manager. You would also work alongside other key directors including the Operations Director. You will work with other administrators based at the bespoke offices and other members of the operational teams (as per the company structure)Key Responsibilities:Client care and liaisonMaximising profitability of all bespoke businessRetention of all bespoke contracts and business activitiesAssist in producing additional sales with new or existing clients e.g. one off work, consumables, toilet room services etc.Periodically assist bespoke within the Sales department to gain sales leads for potential new contracts and to assist on surveys if required. To attend sales presentations on new business opportunities if required.Problem solving and producing the solution.Recruitment, selection, training and continued development of Area Managers, Operational on-site managers and cleaning operativesEnsuring all onsite administration is produced and periodically reviewedBe aware of all aspects of Health and Safety/Quality/Environmental issues and the daily management of this area of the business through all levels of bespoke managementbespoke is an equal opportunities employer View full job description
