Duties; Assisting the HR Advisor to provide the Operations Managers and Managers with professional HR advice and guidance on recruitment, disciplinary and grievance procedures, assisting with investigations as directed in respect of grievance and disciplinary matters, undertaking tasks relating to the recruitment, appointment, induction and ongoing training of the Company's staff and give support to Managers as appropriate, dealing with correspondence, assisting in the collation of statistical information, undertaking and other duties relevant to the aims and objectives and general responsibilities of this post.
