WhiteHat is a tech startup founded to address the lack of high-quality, career-focused apprenticeships on offer for ambitious young people and provide employers with the means to attract the best non-graduate talent.Our mission is to accelerate incredible careers and develop a diverse group of future leaders.We are looking for an exceptional sales person to develop new business for WhiteHat to drive our growth.Role ProspectingDeveloping a prospecting strategy to create a structured approach to prospecting clients across industriesDevelop and test email templates, and be constantly looking for ways to improve conversionBecome a subject matter expert on WhiteHat’s apprenticeship offering and the impact of the apprenticeship levy and apprenticeship reforms on employersLead QualificationPractice a consultative sales approach, ensuring leads are correctly qualified and expectations are set (commitment from them/commitment from us)Sales ConversionEnsure client education plays a key role in sales process, with the fees and considerations around hiring apprentices laid out upfrontManage successful relationship handover to account management team to ensure that they are passed warm leadsProcess managementKeep CRM tool updated with correct client details, pipeline of prospective deals and updated forecasts.
