The Head and Neck Service are looking to recruit Administration Assistants to join our friendly, patient-focused team on a bank contract. There are a variety of different roles including; general back office administration, audio typing and customer facing roles. The hours are on an as and when basis – availability and the sort of role you would prefer to undertake can be discussed at interview.All roles involve three core aspects:Administration skills: As well as knowledge of general administration processes such as filing, photocopying, making appointments and data input, strong typing skills are essential. Customer service: Ultimately the patient is at the centre of everything we do. As part of our team, you will be responsible for helping ensure patients receive the high quality care they deserve. Customer service does not stop with the patient - it is delivered to other people and organisations related to patient care, bothinside and outside our organisation.Team work: The environment is busy and fast paced, so teamwork is pivotal to our success. The directorates have a number of services operating within them including; audiology, ear, nose and throat ENT, maxillofacial and ophthalmic services. As a bank member of staff you will need to be adaptable, willing to seek help where needed and be able to quickly integrate within a team.
