Principal Accountabilities  Planning, writing and coordinating responses to bids and tenders  To ensure profitable new business opportunities are secured which meet the required return and risk criteria  Take a prominent role in the bid/no bid decision making process  Ensure the timely preparation and submission of pre-qualifications to enable to company to be invited to tender for opportunities  Ensure the timely preparation and submission of bids to include all the necessary information so that the opportunity is secured  Compiling, updating and maintaining the company library of standard literature  To liaise and co-operate with other members of the Business Development team, operations and external organisations, to assist in the development of business development strategies  Responsible for managing and developing a team of Bid Writers, Coordinators and PQQ administrators  To action and develop leads for complex business opportunities and develop and maintain effective working relationships with relevant clients Ideal Candidate  Proven track record of successful bid management throughout the full bid lifecycle...View full job description
