The Responsibilities: To write material for specific bids and support team members as appropriate *Formatting and proof reading bid and proposal material To source and develop the technical solutions within bids - working with the operational / service teams to ensure accuracy To manage the proposal development within allocated bids To work with the internal design team to develop innovative presentations for proposals To manage and maintain the Bid Library To follow the Commercial and Bid Process and maintain the records as necessary To assist in the completion of prequalification documentation when needed Working with the operational / sales teams to support one off business proposals To take full responsibility to ensure that PQQs/ITTs/RFPs are successfully completed to the clients timescales and always creating bespoke responses aligned to each individual client needs The Bid Writer will be responsible for providing accurate and on time bid production and the proactive development of the bid process, team and procedures Ideally, the candidate will be educated to a high level, preferably in English or Business Studies, with excellent writing skills and MS Office skills, particularly MS Word and MS PowerPoint along with experience in writing & production of reports/proposals as well as excellent document production skills...View full job description
