Job Description: Exposure to E2E Telco Solution Architecture for GSM/GPRS services (Billing - prepaid and postpaid, CRM, OM/Provisioning/Activation, Number/Service Inventory Mgmt, etc.) Exposure to TABS suite of Billing/CRM/Inventory Mgmt suite of products Understanding of Business processes Understanding SDLC is a must while eTOM framework is a plus Ability to articulate E2E Solution Definitions from Business requirements in Tandem with BA, delivery managers and cross functional teams Experience in leading RA workshops with customer Business and IT Teams as well as translating them into functional requirements for the Back End 3rd Party Vendor teams Understanding of functional as well as non-functional requirements of the solution stack Ability to define design principles Exposure to Release management procedures.
Need to coordinate with the 3rd Party Vendor teams, internal testing team & customer team.
