Our client in the Shropshire area is looking for a fully experienced Bookkeeper to join their company. The ideal candidate for this position must have Sage 50 accounts and payroll experience and be very confident using Microsoft word and excel. Having experience in either the agriculture or construction industry would be preferred but not essential.  The hours are Monday – Friday 9am-5pm and the salary is negotiable dependant on experience.  Your daily duties would include:         Weekly and monthly payroll         PAYE reporting and nest pension administration         VAT returns and intrastate and EC sales lists         Entering sales invoices, raising self-billing invoices, and sending out monthly statements.         Entering all purchase invoices         Reconciling to suppliers statements and raising payments via online bank and cheques,(pre printed and manual cheques are used).         Management of purchase and sales ledger for two limited companies Having a full drivers licence is essential for this position.For more information or to apply please call Jess 01743 – 461239 or send your CV to Absolute Personnel specialise in temporary and permanent recruitment for Commercial, Industrial, Catering, Transport and Skilled & Technical sectors.
