JOB DESCRIPTIONJOB TITLE:                         Business Analyst – CRM (Salesforce)REPORTS TO (TITLE):        Europe Regional IT DirectorDEPARTMENT/LOCATION: 1.     MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB Implementation of Europe improvement and roll-out projects in the area of customer relationship management in cooperation with our process owners, HQ IT team, IT service provider, other process areas and the local user department experts in Europe region. 2.     PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES -     Conducting gap analysis between business requirements and system-     Drive the business process simplification & standardization by leveraging the industrial best practice.-     Perform application design activities and create functional requirements as an input to application design-     Work as project leader in CRM work stream to manage the internal & external resource(key users & external consultant), and control the project timeline-     Organize & perform the UIT/SIT/UAT test, Regression test, and deploy activities-     Interface with other systems if required-     Change Management both in business process & system-     To analyse business processes in the organization;-     To configure the (Salesforce) system accordingly, and use the implementation procedures;-     To document all new development and modifications of existing settings according to company documentation standards-     To resolve assigned (functional) trouble tickets within the application area assigned. 3.     CONTEXT -        Responsible primarily for successful implementation of Salesforce, including providing functional expertise, guidance, presentation, and instruction on Salesforce solution to local user.-        Trouble shooting on branch level / first point of contact by errors/questions of local users.-        Interfaces to Global Salesforce process Owners/ITs, Third party Salesforce consulting provider and local key/end users.-        Elaboration of local Change Requests on existing standards towards process owner.-        Support Roll Out projects of Salesforce logistic modules. -        Teach and train new users with Salesforce at each of the facilities as needed including corporate support for new Salesforce projects. -        Document processes and procedures and work instructions for Salesforce related functions for logistic related responsibilities.-        Continuous improvement activities with logistic and production areas within the organization utilizing our Salesforce modules and best practices. 4.     KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS NEEDED Essential-        Bachelor degree or above-        5+ years' experience in Salesforce implementation project-        Good understanding of the Salesforce-        Strong analytical and problem solving skills with high commitment to quality client service-        Good consultation and communication skills, self-initiation, good team player and willingness to work under pressure-        Mature, proactive and committed-        Outgoing character. Strong sense in business development is required.-        Proven track record in business development activities is a definite advantage-        Proficient in Microsoft Office applications-        Willing to travel up to 50%Desirable-        In-depth knowledge of HIKVISION application solutions;-        Chinese speaking is plus;-        Expert of business process re-engineering and standardizing; 5.    WORKING RELATIONSHIPS  a)    Internal within the CompanyEurope Regional IT Head:  project management, project plan, PMO, resource management, project deliverable, management meeting, issue & risk, service level definition, change management ;Project Team: job assignment, key solution, and project deliverable, issue fixing b)    External to the company Consulting firm and IT service provider for commercial consulting service.  6.    PROBLEMS/KEY FEATURES·    Provide business case, covert business objective to project objective/plan;·    Stakeholder management e.g. Branches and HQ BPO strategy alignment;·    Cross-system, cross-business function solution integration.Salary is competitive Above NMWPlease note this vacancy opened on 07th March 2018Closing date for applications is 08th April 2018  View full job description
