With a client list crammed full of the biggest brand names in recruitment and also a healthy mix of well-known corporate clients, we are rapidly evolving into one of the biggest and most dynamic online media organisations in the UK. We now have the opportunity for an experienced Business Development Account Manager to help with the continuing expansion of the UK’s fastest growing job board and as such we’re looking for a candidate who will drive the team forward. Reporting in to the Senior Directors, you will contribute to the commercial strategy to ensure that business targets are achieved. Key Responsibilities-        Direct the Business Development team and provide leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth of customer accounts.-        Continually review individuals’ progress towards sales targets and KPIs, providing support where members of the team are not exceeding targets. -        Work with the Senior Management Team to recruit the best talent to continue the develop the success of the Business Development team-        Ensure that sales activity is in line with the commercial strategy in order to meet business objectives and targets-        Maintain a strong awareness of the industry, monitoring competitors producing recommendations for Senior Management -        Produce a monthly report for Senior Management, focusing on, but not limited to, activity within the month, as well as showing progress towards targets-        Producing and executing development plans for each team member and providing support and performance feedback as required-        Lead by example - you will carry your own customers and personal sales target as well as a team target to achieve each month Knowledge and Experience-        A background in B2B sales management -        Adaptable selling and negotiating skills to win business and develop your team to do the same-        Ability to create a strong team spirit: showing  the way, supporting your team and enjoying collective, as much as personal, achievement  -        Proven track record in managing and directing a highly skilled, motivated, successful and results orientated sales team Essential Criteria:-        Effective planning and organisational skills - able to juggle prioritise and manage -        Able to build and maintain internal and external relationships-        A self-starter, who thrives under pressure to achieve challenging goals -        Proven leadership and the ability to drive a sales team Benefits: -        Competitive salary + commission-        Life Insurance-        Pension-        Perkbox discounts-        Free mobile phone insurance-        Savings on Sky Bundles-        Summer &Christmas parties-        Gym discounts-        Social events every month We are based at the Waterfront Business Park, Fleet, just a 2 minute walk away from the mainline station with direct links to London Waterloo, Basingstoke, Winchester and Southampton.
