Business Development Executive-CIS CountriesFantastic job opportunity to join a developing Commercial team in Throsk Stirling to work in the Pharmaceutical market place, due to growth and expansion.The businessdevelopmentexecutive role is a senior manager tasked with the role of helping the business grow and therefore, a high-level of sales experience is essential.  Priority is to assist the company acquire new customers and sell additional products or services to existing ones; this means the role is a crucial one for any business with the ambition to expand or the necessity to diversify its clientele.A business development professional has three primary responsibilities:1.     Identifying new sales leads2.     Pitching products and/or services3.     Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers Qualification requirement:  Master degree in Business Management or Finance Experience: At least 2 years International experience as an Export Sales to CIS countriesFull time:  £33.000 PA Skills essential for this role:·         Experience in working with CIS countries (Russia, Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, Belarus, Kazakhstan,   Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Tajikistan and Georgia)·         Able to speak the afore mentioned languages·         Able to prepare and present Product Demonstrations in Azerbaijani and Russian languages·         Socially adept·         Good with numbers·         Able to provide quality leadership to a large team of sales people·         Creative talents and the ability to solve tough problems·         In-depth knowledge of the afore mentioned countries and current events·         The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines·         Skill in prioritizing obligations·         Attention to detail·         Excellent time management and organisation flexible scheduling and hours·         Ability to work in diverse industries and experience a wide variety of company cultures·         Good knowledge of Microsoft and Excel Day-to-day duties include:·         Researching organisations and individuals online to identify new leads and potential new markets·         Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing·         Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings·         Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives·         Attending conferences, meetings, trade shows and industry events Other duties include:·         Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays·         Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s products·         Developing quotes and proposals·         Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person·         Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met·         Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills To keep healthy relationships with clients, this mostly requires socialisation. So, from simple chats on the phone to lunches and events or conferences business development managers must be sure to keep their customers happy. Of course, as with all office jobs, documentation is also a big part of the work.
