Buying Administrator We are looking to recruit a temporary full time Buying Administrator  to work in the Buying and Merchandising department at our  Bridge Street premises. Buying Admin  - Key Tasks in the Role:-·         Raising of new line purchase orders Supporting pricing negotiations by chasing suppliers and tracking.Sample chasing,  labelling, organising and storing Spec sheet completion and filing onto TedwebProduct Information sheet completion to send to supplierSupporting the Technical Manager on more timely response to Customer Service queries re faulty products and SFR (serious fault report) ·         Technical file admin when neededHelp organise meetings/presentation invites Experience and attributes:Good IT skills, including Word and Excel·         The ability to multi –task, prioritise work and meet strict deadlines.Organised detail focused and analytical·         Able to cope with the pressure of meeting demanding targets and working to tight deadlines.Customer focused  If you are interested in applying for the position pleaseemail your CV to hr@coopersofstortford.co.uk   View full job description
