Key duties and responsibilities of these roles include: Undertaking planned and reactive works covering gas boilers and HVAC maintenance Installing, maintaining and repairing plant and equipment in a safe and efficient manner Carrying out diagnostic and fault finding work Carrying out routine servicing and commissioning Participating in an out of hours rota Successful candidates will: Be able to work alone and on their own initiative Demonstrate a strong focus on safety Have the ability and flexibility to respond to call-outs quickly Demonstrate the ability to work well under pressure Show an ability to adapt to changing circumstances Have excellent customer facing and communication skills Possess relevant industry qualifications, including CCN1 up to 70Kw (domestic), with Commercial Changeover (CODNCO1) for over 70Kw appliances; CIGA1; CDGA1; CORT1; ICPN1; TPCP1A; TPCP1, pipework and commercial heating qualifications Have the ability to suggest and implement effective business improvements Benefits include: excellent pension scheme; share save and share incentive schemes; generous leave entitlement (with an option to purchase additional leave); discounted energy, phone and broadband, plus a host of other lifestyle benefits...View full job description
