My clients require a CONTACT CENTRE MANAGERto cover their various motor brands in the OXFORDarea.You will control the activities of 9 staff to contact existing customers by telephone to quote and book into the e-diary system all service, warranty and recall requirements. The client has several brands, so this requires a person who has experience within a similar environment or can demonstrate similar skills within a motor dealership or has management knowledge of a contact centre and the complications it can produce. The company are an employer of choice and they have an enviable reputation for staff and customer satisfaction and an attractive salary of £35,000 OTE is on offer to the successful candidate.
