In addition to these domain areas, we have global practices that are dedicated to building innovative solutions in the areas of Business Information Management, Channels, Finance Transformation, Technology Development & Integration, and Testing. Main Purpose of Role: CRM Program Manager with experience in CRM, Salesforce, CPQ, and Enterprise content Management delivery experienceRoles & Responsibilities: • Analyze processes to streamline operations, minimize costs, & enhance usability of programs • You will be responsible for delivering & managing multiple programmes with Salesforce CRM space for Capgemini’s Clients. • Lead & participate in cross functional teams across all accounts to drive requirements in existing & new business operations • Maintain process flow & business requirement documents for all aspects of the Salesforce CRM & related platforms • Build & maintain UAT documents as new org requirements are developed • Also responsible for budgeting resourcing of the projects  • Help develop new programs, timelines, task & assist in the implementation of new projects • Design & build reports & dashboards to support all aspects of business metrics • Manage the analysis of large data sets to load & manipulate as necessary • Troubleshoot user issues & provision/terminate users as necessary daily • Oversee the maintenance of existing Salesforce CRM & related infrastructureSkills and Experience needed: • Previous experience implementing and configuring Salesforce • Understanding of and detailed experience with the Salesforce architecture • In-depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the SFDC CRM application  • Technical project management experience • Strong attention to detail and excellent problem solving skills • Experience delivering complex programmes • Change control & change management • Salesforce architecture, delivery experience • Software Architecture & Design • Requirements Management • Programming Languages and Platforms  • Project & Programme Management,  • Financial Modelling, Business Strategy,  • Product Development Life Cycle,  • Software Development Life Cycle • Risk Management, Audit Additional Information: Capgemini was named as a 2014 World’s Most Ethical Company by the Ethisphere Institute for the 2nd Year Running Click the link to find out more: World's Most Ethical Company-2014  Follow this link to discover the top 10 reasons to join Capgemini 10 Reasons to Join CapgeminiLocation and travel: Whilst you will have London as an office base location, you must be fully flexible in terms of assignment location, as these roles will involve periods of time away from home at short notice.
