This role would be ideal for someone who can work on an as-and-when needed basis to some extent, albeit agreed and based around the project - for example the project may need a week of their time, then some more of their time after a period of, say, 2 weeks etc. Key Accountabilities Provide consultancy advice to the Project Manager and lead Business Analyst on the scale and sequence of CRM workflow implementation, modules required, technical environments necessary etc. Design workflows.
