The Trust is undertaking a programme of work to redesign Early Intervention Services in line with the recently published national access waiting time standards for first episode psychosis.The new access and waiting time standard requires that, by 1 April 2016, more than 50 of people experiencing a first episode of psychosis will be treated with a NICE approved care package within two weeks of referral. The posts being recruited to will be joining existing Early Intervention Teams across the Trust footprint who can offer specialist clinical support.”We are currently recruiting Care Coordinators band 5 or equivalent RMN/DipSW/SROTAs a care coordinator you would under supervision be working with a caseload of clients and their families. You will be supporting the assessment process and the implementation of evidence based interventions. You will have a real commitment to this client group and be willing to work flexibly.You will besupported by the team and there will be opportunity to develop skills in case management, risk assessment and clinical intervention.
