Taking active role in recruitment and retention of support workers Ensuring high standards of care are achieved in service delivery Ensuring all staff have knowledge of current policies, procedures and guidelines in use within the Company Risk Assessing & implementing new packages Compiling detailed care plans You would be expected to manage a caseload of 10 - 15 Packages of Care from the initial assessment, recruiting the staff team through to the day to day running of the package, liaising with commissioners, family + friends and all professionals involved in the success of the care.
