Cash Management Associate- high valueAs a Barclays Cash Management Associate- high value you will provide first class service to the banks highest valued and most profitable UK corporate clients. You will be responsible for the handling of technical, complex queries for electronic banking channels and Cash & Cheque channels. You will ensure that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements, Barclays Operational Risk Framework and internal Barclays Policies and Standards. As a Barclays Cash Management Associate- high value your main responsibilities will include:* Managing distribution of High value client queries from email sources using specialist knowledge to assign responsibility* Developing and maintaining contact with specialists in other areas of the business to support the resolution of client queries * Ensuring all Service Levels are met whilst investigating complex queries from end to end* Ensuring all email documentation is complete, accurate, concise, detailed, and legible and escalated to the correct area for further resolution if required* Providing telephony support in the instance of any incidentsAs a Barclays Cash Management Associate- high value your skills and experience will include:* Proven experience of delivering first class customer service skills* The ability to adapt to change and aproactive focus towards query resolution and ability to analyse the root cause, to prevent future queries* Proven IT, organisation and planning skills* A desire to learn and progress * It is preferred (but not essential) that you also have a basic understanding of Financial services and basic payment processes such as 3 day BACS processing cycleThe Benefits:Our customers deserve the best.
