The position has arisen for an experienced chef in a fresh food kitchen. All dishes are created from fresh food delivered daily and locally sourced wherever possible, everything is home-made in our establishment. Experience and versatility in all sections of the kitchen would be an advantage. Our menus change regularly with seasonal influences.The candidate must have experience of running a complete section, manage and rotate stock, maintain the highest of standards of food preparation, service, hygiene, presentation and work within strict margins.
